Crew Apparel gladly accepts returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise with no make-up, deodorant, or other liquid stains within 14 days of original purchase. After we receive your items, please allow 2-3 business days for inspection and processing. Exchanges will be sent pending items are still in stock after processing. Crew Apparel will cover shipping fees for one exchange per order. Refunds for returns will be made in the form of original payment minus $5 for shipping within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items. Please note it may take your bank an additional few days to process the refund to your credit card. Please use the pre-paid shipping label included on your packing slip and enclose your return/exchange items with original packaging material and hang-tags.
